Return & Refund Policy
At Accent Casa, our goal is to help you maintain a cleaner, healthier home with confidence. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to clearly understand how returns, refunds, cancellations, and replacements work before making a purchase.
This policy applies to the Accent Casa Precision All‑Purpose Steamer and any related accessories purchased through accentcasa.com.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
- Requests to cancel or modify an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase
- Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled
Approved cancellations submitted within the 24‑hour window will be refunded to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Important Hygiene & Safety Notice
Steam cleaning devices are considered hygiene‑sensitive products.
For safety and quality reasons, we can only accept returns on units that remain completely unopened and unused. Once a steamer has been opened, powered on, or filled with water, it can no longer be resold or sanitized.
This policy helps ensure every customer receives a brand‑new, unused product.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Item remains factory sealed and unopened
- Unit has never been powered on or filled with water
- All original packaging, inserts, and protective materials are intact
- No signs of handling, testing, or tampering
- Proof of purchase is provided
Any return that does not meet all of these conditions will not be approved.
Return Window
Eligible unopened items may be returned within 30 days from when the order was placed.
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Items containing water
- Missing or damaged packaging
- Returns sent without authorization
- Requests submitted after 30 days
- Damage caused by customer handling
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Changed Mind or Incorrect Purchase
If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want your purchase:
- Contact us within 72 hours of placing your order
- After 72 hours or once the order ships, the sale is considered final
We cannot cancel, exchange, or refund shipped orders due to customer preference.
How to Request a Return
To request a return authorization, email support@accentcasa.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A clear photo showing the unopened, sealed product
- Reason for the return
If approved, you will receive return instructions and the correct return address.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued only after the approved return is received and inspected.
Please allow:
- 7–14 business days for inspection and processing
- 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD. Any currency conversion fees or bank charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging orders. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
An item is considered defective if it is physically broken or non‑functional upon arrival. Cosmetic damage to the shipping box alone does not qualify if the product itself is intact.
To report a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- A photo of the shipping box
- A photo of the shipping label
If confirmed, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear is not eligible for replacement.
Product Use & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for using Accent Casa products according to all provided instructions and safety guidelines.
We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use, failure to follow instructions, or use outside intended purposes. Any refunds or replacements related to misuse are issued at our discretion.
If you experience discomfort or concerns during use, discontinue use immediately and contact us for assistance.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside our control.
Accent Casa is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Packages returned to sender due to address errors or refusal
For delivery issues, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the fastest resolution.
